Vacation

Last Friday we headed down to Emerald Isle, North Carolina for the week. When we got to NC, we headed to over to my Papa's house to spend the night. They next day we finished our journey, which included a quick trip on the ferry. We stopped to meet the Dowkers and eat. We then headed over to our grandparent's beach house. Our grandparents were there cooking steaks. After we ate supper, which was very good, my grandparents left. We went out hunting for tiny crabs. I constructed a long net with a pole, scotch tape, and a butterfly net. After all of that we went to sleep. The next day we stayed at the beach house for most of the day. In the afternoon, we headed to the beach. Once we had had enough of the salty taste, we headed back to the beach house. We ate supper, then hit the sack. The next day we headed over to Beaufort and Shackleford Banks. We went to a fudge shop in Beaufort. Shackleford Banks was beautiful. I got five feet away from a wild horse!! I also got a full conch shell!!! We headed back to the beach house and relaxed for the rest of the day. The next morning we went big crab hunting off the pier. i waded into the water and caught a crab!!! It was awesome. Kale and Mr.Kevin caught another one. then we ate lunch and headed to the ocean. Then we headed back to the beach house to sleep. The next we headed to Papa's again, which again included a ride on the ferry. We ate, then went looking around. We went and saw the jail while the prisoners were out. Then we went fishing. Everyone caught a fish but Keegan. We then ate and played. Then we left, which included a nighttime ride on the ferry. The next day we left the beach house completely and headed over to my Nana Jo and Granddaddy's house. Everyone came over to hang out. Then we went to sleep. The next day we headed home. Lunch was Cracker Barrel, which was where we departed from the Dowkers. Then we got home. It was a very fun trip. Next stop:Toronto!
